Doron Zisserman, 38, of Einav, was shot and killed in his car by
sniper fire near the entrance to Einav, east of Tulkarem.
Doron Zisserman was returning home in a convoy of
three cars when terrorists opened fire from a hilltop east of
the entrance to Einav, hitting Zisserman in the neck and head,
then shooting at the other cars. Zisserman died shortly
afterwards. Doron Zisserman worked as an electrical engineer in
Haifa. A graduate of the Nehalim Yeshiva, he was married to
Tami, with whom he had lived in Einav for nine years. They had
three children, aged 3 to 12. Doron was killed on his 38th
birthday. Neighbors related that while modest, he was a natural
leader, creative and talented. Doron Zisserman was laid to rest
in the Segula cemetery in Petah Tikva.
